Foot and Leg Positioning / Supports.

Most often, the wheelchair hardware is used as the basis to support the positioning of the feet and legs. Scott seating are prepared to consider special requests for seat mounted items such as knee blocks or legrests. However, in our experience, if the pelvis is properly isolated and the lower extremities properly stabilised, these are not often needed.

Small W x D (3.5" x 5.5"), medium (4.5" x 7.5") and large (5.5" x 10") shoe holders are available to attach to the foot rest of the wheelchair. The straps may be fastened by buckle or velcro.

Padded shoe straps and toe loops with a similar choice of fastening are also available.
